Returns

Please return items in their original condition, without smells, stains or signs of use. Wherever possible, place them back in their original clear packaging bags. You’re welcome to open the packaging and inspect or try an item for fit.

We inspect all returns. If an item has been handled more than necessary to check it and this has reduced its value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund, in line with your statutory rights.

For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for return postage and packaging costs. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a return at our expense.

To start your return or exchange, please email info@crumbleandco.club with your order number (found in your confirmation email) and details of the items you’d like to return. We will be happy to assist further with your return process.
